Kathleen Howard’s memoir “Just a Slap” was a very interesting read as it gave me insights into family dynamics and inherited patterns of behaviours through generations. To read Kathleen’s experience on having an abusive mother and the affect that had on her life and relationships, was truly heartfelt.
